BLACK GOLD's MISSING 1924 KENTUCKY DERBY TROPHY

When a stolen Kentucky Derby trophy from 1924 (BLACK GOLD) is uncovered, a series of tests are used to determine its authenticity and if it is indeed 14 karat solid gold. For years the Kentucky Derby Museum displayed a trophy they attributed to WAR ADMIRAL - the 1937 Kentucky Derby winner, but when the real 1937 trophy turns up elsewhere, the mystery trophy could be one of three other missing Kentucky Derby trophy years for another horse. A fascinating feature that takes the viewer along for the ride to crack the mystery of the 1924 Kentucky Derby Trophy that was stolen from BLACK GOLD's owner, Rosa Hoots', home in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in the early 1930's and which has not been seen since....until now!!
